Vaccinations - Malaria prevention

Hello - get different opinions from friends re vaccinations for Bali - malaria preventative medications, etc. - hoping you can give recent opinions on what people are doing. We hope to stay in Ubud for 4 days and Legian for 10 later in September - any suggestions will really help us.
