no mention of reliable travel insurance...which will be of as much or more use to you than any of this overstated girl guides stuff.
By all means have some plasters on hand (Bali actually has these) and some antiseptic (Bali actually has this too), and maybe other minor "first aid" stuff, which Bali also has.
Do not bother with the "Emergency Ward 10 " stuff.
If you are unlucky enough to require "proper" first aid, there are some excellent local services available, albeit expensive (Hence the insurance)
Your accomodation should not be a M.A.S.H. unit!
There are better ways.
