I did look at these at the chemist as I had seen them mentioned here on the forum. I was interested to see what the actual ingredient was.
Well, it was a surprise... it is colostrum! Bovine derived I believe. For those who don't know... this is the first milk that mammals produce after birth for their babies. It is nutrient rich and has immunological properties, amongst other things. Not sure whether cow colostrum is beneficial for humans though!
Maybe worth a try. Maybe I could do an experiment.... there are 7 of us traveling... 2 could take the Travelan, 2 could take the raspberry juice, 2 could do the wipes and antibacterial gel and 1 could do nothing! It would be interesting to see the results, although I bags not being the person doing nothing!
I am guessing just good hygiene, using the wipes and gel and drinking lots of bottled water would be the winner.
