I will be there soon for a couple of nights with husband and three kids aged 2, 7 and 10. I have to admit that a few steps and a steep hill will not be putting me off.I think we have all lost the plot about exercise actually.I am carrying extra weight and I intend to use the opportunity to take advatage of those dammned steps.
