I can't help you with the one at Discovery but I have been to the Johnny Andrean salon at Bali Mal Galleria. Cut and permanent colour cost me Rp167,000 and I was very happy with the outcome. L'oreal products are used for colouring. I cannot recall seeing a price for foils though but this price will give you an idea at least. A cut by itself (which includes wash, cut and blow dry) is Rp42,000. No appointments - you just walk in and either get in straight away or sometimes you may have to go back in 15 to 30 minutes. The salon is great. Nice and clean and very professional. My sister had a manicure there but she said wasn't great although pleasant enough. My husband had his haircut there also. Prices are same for male and female. Not sure where they are located at Discovery but at Bali Mal Galleria they are on the ground floor near the entrance to Matahari and near the other salon called Yopi which is an extremely cheap salon.
