in February while staying at Seminyak was Komang Juniarta. He has a Starwagon 8 seater, lives in Denpasar and charged only 70,000rp from Seminyak to airport, which was the same as a taxi voucher cost us from the airport to Seminyak when we arrived. A full day touring costs 300,000rp. His english is good, has a young family and is not pushy. He will take you where ever you want or just tell him what you have in mind and he will make suggestions.
