Hard Rock Kids club fee?

Hi all, am just about to book another trip. I was a bit put off by the large numbers at the Dynasty last year (very difficult to get a pool lounge)! The new Holiday Inn charges for it's kids club (costs far too much for 3 kids). Does anyone know if the Hard rock charges a fee for its kids club? Thanks
