My driver in bali sells me pulsa. I ring kids in Aust to their mobile. My phone is not locked to any network in Aust. I just put in the sim card from bali. I ring 0100061 drop the 0 off the front of the mobile you are ringing in oz.As cheap as chips by memory i ring oz for maybe 20mins and cost about 12000rp. Maybe was certain sim card like xl network.
