The porters are still around by the baggage carousels and yes they will grab your bag if you do not! Just take your bag and say no thank you politely. When you exit the airport, turn right and go to the taxi counter and request your taxi to Tuban - it is not far to the Ramada - and the taxis are all fixed price from the airport to the various suburbs around Bali. Its all very easy.
