Budget but SECURE accomm in Kuta

I've stayed in Bali many a time, generally staying in one of the super cheap guesthouses along Benesari (Dwipa, Duta Wisata, etc.) for 25,000-35,000 p/night.

I will soon be heading to Bali for three months, however I am filming a documentary this time and require a place that offers a bit more security than the aforementioned guesthouses due to the expense of my equipment. I am willing to spend up to 60,000 p/night.

Can anybody recommend a place in and around the Poppies 1 and 2 areas that offers the security I need and within my budget?
