Yes the Bali Navigator is now available to either buy or rent either online or in Bali. I am here now signing up dealers. We have a shop in Sanur and one in Kuta that we are setting up with GPS units for sale or rental.
The Bali Navigator GPS map is also suitable for GPS enabled SmartPhones like the Nokia N Series etc.... check out the website link below. (Prices to buy the GPS units on the website will be changed after next week when I return to OZ as we have been able to reduce the prices on some units due to better exchange rate and bulk purchasing).
Guys like Ken (grtken) and Rodger (Baldie) on here have them and seem to be very happy with them. Mapping of the island was completed in Sept 2008 and we have kept on a couple of guys that will continually drive around and make changes and additions to POI (Points Of Interest) including Restaurants, Hotels, Villas, Shops & Department Stores, Tourist Attractions etc.... At the moment the Bali Navigator map has over 10,500 klms of mapped roads and over 13,000 POI (and still adding) not bad numbers for an island less than 150 klms across.
Cheers
