Usually, the full fare airlines, ie: Qantas, Garuda will charge about 75% of the adult fare for kids over 2 and the little ones under 2 are
free ( but sit on your lap- no seat allocation.)

The cheapie/budget airlines, ie: Jetstar, Virgin, Air Asia...No discount, although i am not sure of the policy for the under 2yo.
