a couple of nice cheaper resturants in seminyak have stayed in pelangi which is around the corner
what i suggest you do is try lucky day which is nice and indonesian food yummy drinks they have opened another one in nusa dua too
the jalan 66 is close by if you want to walk along the beach which is at the end of the road which breezes is on then turn left.
in front of the hotels on the beach there are some small warungs which are clean and cheap for eating lunch ect, then there are of course the more upmarket places to eat,
