From what I can make out on the website it's not actually timeshare. You're buying an apartment and will have a return on your investment when they rent out your room. You have a certain number of days per year you can use 'your' room (or an equivalent, depending how much notice you give when booking) for free. You're welcome to use your room during peak times, but will have to pay for it.
Timeshare you don't get any 'return on investment' - you're just buying a block of rented time.
