I just don't understand all the hoopla over Krispy Kreme donuts. I tried them twice now and they just taste of lard. Horrible things. But then I don't get all the rave reviews for Bread Talk either. Bought half a dozen different cakes there last year and none of them had any flavour - just fluffy air puddings.
J Co donuts were quite nice though. We had coffee and a donut each at the one at Bali Galleria last year.
