hey we took our daughter when she was 18 months, and took our son last year when he was 14 months and he will be back in june when he is 21 months. My kids loved waterbom and when little man was 14 months he loved waterbom more than his sister who was just under 4 at the time, he had his life jacket on and went down the kiddies slides and loved it! We also took them to safari park and he loved seeing all the animals and the water park there too.
Also at the top of the discovery shopping centre there is like a timezone game centre with a indoor playground with tunnels and stuff and my kids went there a few times and just loved it! Make sure you take your own socks as you not allowed in without them and the onyl ones they sell are just huge!
He was happy enought to sit in his pram watch the beach and have an icecream. We took one of the floating rings where he sits in it and it worked a treat in the pool he would float around beside us and would sit with us at the pool bar and have a special treat 'lemonade' as long as we was drinking over there I was happy.
For his bottle she was on cows milk by then so I took milton sterilister tablets to sterilise his bottles at night in a plastic tub which I also took over and used bottled water to fill it. He didnt get bali belly and he tried everything we ate as he loves his food. Are you taking your own pram? I did and he fell asleep in it everynight at dinner along with sister so hubby and I could enjoy our meals, it was great!
Anyway my email is cvojkovic@yahoo.com.au if you want any more info about taking kids or babies to bali as I have checked it all out! Thsi year prob not taking much for the kids as will go straight to carrefours and get nappies and stuff for them there.
Cheers and enjoy, he will love it
Oh and for the plane we took snacks and a dvd for them to watch and they were fine, he was a bit loud at first and I thought oh know but I had some of those powder like lollipops that dont make a mess and they worked a treat as well as walking him up and down the aisle he loved saying hello to everyone!
