Duty Amount Payable on Excess Alcohol?

Does anyone have information as to the amount one is usually charged for taking excess alcohol (a 2L cask of wine) into Bali when it has been declared on the customs form on arrival?
I realise there are inconsistencies in their system, but any current advice or recent situation would be appeciated. Thanks.
