jayakarta bungalows

looking for some info on the jayakarta bungalows. Are they near the beach? are they suitable for 3 people ? How much are they ? What are they like.. Have never stayed at the Jayakarta before and not sure. We have stayed at the Dynasty the last 3 times but the prices have got ridiculous and we are a bit fed up with the Aussie yobbo atmosphere around the pool especially at happy hour when it now seems to get invaded from all the nearby hotels
