Last trip I brought about 7 cycling shirts, I didn't see any shorts or other gear. Even with the cycling jerseys you have to look hard to spot them, there are shops with motor bike racing shirt and they usually have the cycling shirts as well. Expect to pay around 50000rp per shirt if you barter hard, do try them on as the sizes can be a bit funny there is a huge range if you look. good luck
