we were there for 10 days I have stayed here 6 times and have never had an issue with the hotel, staff, breaky which has more than enough variety between Western and Asian we found the breakfast huge and plenty of choices and I also had my passport copied and its for the safety of yourself and the hotel no problem as far as I was concerned....Pool was fine and my daughters loved it!....Enjoy Phuket!....
