All should be fine and yes many people have no problem re how often towels and sheets are changed, but often good to know beforehand.
Snakes only around when staff cut down/disturb the vegetation & we only had one in the patio area & one in the kitchen (that was a bit disconcerting)
As for the latter, not likely you would be aware or that it would matter.
