We stayed in a couple of the one bedroom apartments recently on the 5th floor. We found it more convenient taking the stairs as they were closer to our apartment, but if we had a load of shopping, we would take 1 of 2 elevators up. The rooms are everything they are promised to be. There were plenty of opportunities for things to go missing out of our room (money, computers, cameras) but the only thing that went missing was a packet of Tim Tams out of our fridge that I am SURE one of our teens took! I would have no concerns about the safety of your possessions.
We took 3 teens that had their own apartment (not connected)and we did not hear them nor did we hear from our neighbours or ppl below us.
I have not seen the 3rd floor apartments but all apartments are similarly set out. Only advantage would be less stairs.
I highly recommend these apartments.
