My daughter below (Mellee) just about covered everything. BintangTime, Balia Bagia is in Bakung Sari Street, the street that runs up the side of Ramayana. Ramayana is on the corner of Bakung Sari Street and Jalan Kartika. and Sendok is practically over the road.

My favourite eating place was the Indian Restaurant (Queens of India) right next door to Dynasty. My daughter's friend and I went there. I had the Chicken Vindaloo and she had a different sort and some rice. The main meal was 48,000 rp. Absolutely beautiful surroundings and superb meal. Definitely will go back there.

We did the water sports at Nusa Dua, well the kids did parasailing and jet ski and I was game enough to do the banana boat. Our driver Ketut did some dealing with the guy and got us some good prices.

The weather was a bit of a mixture, rained about 5 days of the 7 but only for a short while and then it was all gone.

We had dinner one night at Sendok where we arranged to meet DidiAust.
Its always nice to put faces to some of the names on this Forum, so thank Di for meeting us. It was fun.

Would recommend the clothing shop called Dianne Shop (just down from the hotel we stayed at - Febris and over the road from Dynasty/Green Garden. Its good not to have to bargain, good to go there first to see what the prices are.

Febris Hotel was pretty good. Very clean, we had a quad room. I shared with my daughter Melanie and 2 grandsons, 1 15, and the other 7. The price was $66 US for the four of us. The youngest grandson was no charge. That included breakfast and a complimentary foot reflexology. Breakfast was great, couldn't ask for much more. Also they had iced coffee and iced milo in the machines for breakfast which was nice. Hadn't seen that before.

My daughter and her 2 friends (and the grandkids) kept everyone busy. Always doing some shopping or out and about somewhere, so would have been nice to have another couple of days to relax.
We usually stay at Ramayana but thought we would give Febris a try but we found it a little out of the way for the places we like to go to, but the walking did us good. The staff were great and very friendly. Waterbom Park is always fun. Disappointing that you can't take some drinks in. We had frozen some drinks for the kids, but they were taken off us, only water was allowed in.
That's about all I can think of. The rate most of the time was about 7500 and the most we got was 7710
