Hi. We have just booked to bali and booked through a lady named Deearne Taylor at GOH (deearnet@GOH.com.au). She is AWESOME. We looked on all websites etc, and she was just so helpful and CHEAP. We tried everywhere - and she was cheapest by far!!! We are staying 5 star, but I know she can help everyone. I was painful, and asked SO MANY questions, and she just didn't care.....she was more than happy to help. Got an email from her yesterday, and she has just got back from Bali herself - so she is a full bottle of knowledge that is current.
