- year I had no trouble changing TC's at 3 different wartels in Seminyak - Kuta with just a black and white photo copy of the details page in the Passport.
I change enough for anticipated spending for 3 or 4 days so its not a big time waster or a big problem. The exchange rate differed from cash by a few cents - well worth the peace of mind as far as I am concerned.
I also take an amount in cash and a Visa card with just the amount I want to use deposited. The TC's are the last to be used.
