I agree with Dennis. I spent a year getting around everywhere by taxi and never had any problems with Bluebird drivers. I was left in the lurch late one night when I used another firm (as Bluebird were not allowed in to pick up where I was) The taxi got me half way home before realising that he would have to climb a very steep hill enroute and that his car wasnt up to it. So I was let off half way home, though he still insisted on well over half the negotiated fare (no metre).
