Just got back from morning markets. Glad Lisa talked me out of walking there. Could have got there "no problem" but the return trip with all the goodies would have been a mission. The watermellon was a load on it's own.
First time I noticed many of the gangs are in Roman numerals.
Can't give an exchange up date yet haven't wandered down but expect it to be up from the weekend. It's Mohammeds B/day but I am told everything is opened. I got caugh chasing a few things yesterday only to find them closed . I went to Rum Jungle looking for the shop that sells sarong material by the metre but alas it was closed. just up the road I found a florist so I shouted my self a beautiful arrangement for my room - with Interflora it would be $60 to $70 - it cost me 70,000 delivered. Rang the better half and thanked him for the nice wedding anniversary flowers, he asked how much - I lied and said $8.50 and said "I wouldn't have spent that much"
