You can either go to the Safari Park or the Elephant Park.
The Safari Park has many, many animals and you can ride the elephants there as well as camels and you can see lots of other things. It cost about US$25 to get in and then extra for the activities inside.
The Elephant Park is the one you want to go to for just elephants. It cost us about US$70 each including lunch and transport. It is an our long trek through a village, rice fields and some water. I think you can do a half an hour trek for cheaper too.
If its just an elephant ride you want then the Elephant Park is for you but for more variety then the Safari Park is a better idea. I personally loved the Elephant Park ride because you get fantastic views and see the 'real Bali'.
