I'm trying to get a handle on travel costs around Bali.
If you good people can supply me with the cost of fixed price taxis out of the airport to wherever you went - say during the past 6 months, it would be very handy.
Ditto for any private driver trip costs you have done out of Kuta in the same time. Thanks in advance.
