you do not need to make a booking. we walked in and could of got the tat done on the same day. we just needed to pick the one that we wanted and make sure that had enough rupiah on us to pay. it also depends on the size and detail as to the price. we went to mr. dolphin in benasari lane kuta. very good work and has a good reputation. he has also worked in queensland. we are more than happy with our choice and the work that was done. planning the next one when we go back soon.
