Where exactly is S'cape condotel Sanur

I know it's address is 80 Jl Danau Tambligan , Sanur but is that south or North of Hardy's. I have two different positions showing up on Wikimapia , Google & the hotel website map is pretty vague. One of the reviewers on trip advisor says it's near Karparthu restaurant which I think is up near Retro & Jalan Bumi Ayu. Can any Sanur locals help Ron?
