Two very different things.
I don't think that it's a fair comment to advise people to go to a different island, just because they want to avoid the very real possibility of less than peaceful environment because a bunch of adolescents want to create an all encompasing atmosphere.
Avoidance sounds OK to me, and if I knew any place where a group of schoolies, toolies, footy end of seasoners or bikie gangs were staying, I'd avoid it like the plague too.
