But they gave them away to someone else, even though we walked in and picked the rooms personally and they said it was ok. On confirming our booking by email, as requested. They said that some regulars asked for them, so they had preference. We only wanted 4 rooms, they must be doing very well to knock back a booking like that.
We've only stayed there a few times, guess we don't count.
