They are both good hotels in a great area.
I think the Jayakarta is terrific for teens as the pools are overlooking the beach and you can sit up on lounges people watching.
There is also much more space and the 3 pools are great.
The KP pools are back nearer the road although still nice.
It's a coin toss really as they are both worth staying at.
