If you would like my advise - If you are like my husband and myself we were very hesitant about leaving our 10 month old at the time with someone we didn't know. We were lucky as we first met her through a very good hotel and then organised a private arrangement once we were no longer at that hotel. We spent time with her aswell so she got to see how we did things. She came with us when we went for dinner many times so we could have our daughter with us but Sari could take care of her needs. Once we felt comfortable we then ventured off for some special time just the two of us. If you do take her out remember you need to pay for her. I know this sounds obvious but I know she hasn't always been treated well by all families. Good luck. Love to hear how it goes.
