I emailed him first and his price is 2,500,000 for a crown and i had the initial appointment at his practice at Bali Mall Galleria, and he did all the grinding of the teeth work and then his assistant finished off the temp crowns. I go back on Sat. afternoon for the real crwons and will let you know if he does the work. Very happy with his work as I was virtually pain free despite getting 4 teeth done in one sitting. Jaw was a little sore after having my mouth open for an hour and a half though.
