Went recently with two toddlers and loved staying in Sanur. Bali Baby Hire has equipment you can hire. I'd recommend the nanny Casey (search for her phone number on here). She is based in Sanur and wonderful with small children.
The Sanur Paradise Plaza Suites is great if you want an apartment with a kitchen and separate rooms for the kids. It also has a kids' pool with water slide and playground. The location's a bit crap though.
