programs. Pastoralists and other cowboys might do it but any genuine environmental health program will treat the dogs that would benefit and humanely euthanise with drugs those that cant be helped. Dogs are treated for mange and other health problems and desexed where possible. And yes the programs have produced great improvements in health of both dogs and humans.
