We spent three weeks there in a club villa with our five year old daughter. The room was spacious and immaculately clean and the grounds, including pool areas, were very nice. I thought the breakfast was okay but the dining room quite dark. The room service food was good (we never ate in a restaurant apart from for breakfast). The Patra is large so you have to be prepared to walk around a bit or wait and catch a buggy. The walk never bothered us and we even walked into Kuta most days but some people might complain about the distance. Taxis were always available and cheap. The kids club was quiet but proficient.
