I have eternal hope for the goodness of mankind to help those in need. It also saddens me beyond all measure how selfish the world has become. I hope by telling people what atrocities are occurring then they may feel the compassion to do something positive. I totally support a strong spay and neuter programme but it is man that allows these dogs to reproduce, man that allows unwanted children to be born. We are known as mankind but there is no-one crueller and less caring. Shame on those who do nothing.
