I last drove in Bali about 15 years ago, this time was a real test. There is more to come. I would really have to think seriously about driving again, it would depend on where we wanted to go & for how long. You can't enjoy the driving, you have to totally concentrate. You need a set of eyes in the back & side of your head. You give up trying to watch the scenery or even to watch for road signs, you need to watch the other drivers be they cars, trucks or motorbikes constantly. I had an excellent navigator in my husband, he said I did a great job but he let out a few expletives now & again.
