When you factor in the time delay, dealing with officials, sending information and chasing up documentation and confirming and reconfirming times, there still is no guarantee that everyone will be at the wedding at the right time, unless you use a reputable coordinator.
Your friends will need a minister of their religion and the civil registrar to marry them.
