We took our lovely balinese family out to dinner for the second time last holiday. The first time they only ordered Nasi Goreng, except for the youngest boy,aged 6, wanted a burger. Seated, his head was eye level with the burger and it was hilarious watching him attempting to eat it with a knife and fork.
Last visit went back to same restaurant in Melasti Jalan , told them to order whatever they wanted again. The father and teen son ordered a steak and the wife nasi goreng, the little fellow this time ordered a pizza.
Both my sister and I ordered Nasi Goreng again as it is the best nasi I have ever tasted. The steak bill was huge, but, who cares, they were happy for one night of the year. The safari park might be a goer this year, good idea.
