Guessing your flying with Air Asia????
If you are:

You will be out of the low cost airport in record time, you can either catch a bus (MYR1.20) or taxi(about MYR50) to the International Terminal and from there catch the express train(MYR35 ONE WAY) into the city -travel time to city ONCE ON the expres train is 28mins (bus from LLC to international airport about 20mins in total).

OR you can catch the Air Asia bus (big red one out the front of LCCT) for MYR9 and be in the city in about the same sort of time and for a lot less $$$$, first one leaves airport at 7am - travel time to city a whisker under 1 hour.

Both options will deliver you at KL Sentral - from here the skys the limit, we head across the car park to the monorail station (or you can walk through the market stalls for a bit of barain shopping on the way lol), the monorail trains run every 5mins and run up and back through the stations below, I have listed in ( ) a few touristy stuff near by.

KL Sentral - Tun Sambanthan - Maharajalela (chinatown) - Hang Tuah - Imbi (shopping including Lo Fat Plaza - 6 floors of electronics/Berjara Time Square - this is shopping!!! complete with indoor theme park) - Bukit Bintang - Raja Chulan - Bukit Nanas - Medan Tuanku (little India) (Tune Hotel 100m) - Chow Kit - Titiwangsa.

Pick your station of destination, pay your fare from as little as MYR0.90cents, and hop on, observe waiting areas and signs on the platform, as they police the embarking and disembarking of monorail trains keeping it a very effeciently run service. If the train is packed just wait for the next one, within 5 mins. Too Easy!!!

Remember that it is an 'international' flight onto Bali so allow required time for check-in. I would be heading back to the airport by 4pm?

There is also a Hop-On-Hop-Off bus, unlimited travel for 24 hours, they loop around a 'tourist circuit' around the city stopping at many sights along the way (you have the option of hoping off) busses run about 20mins apart. There is a tourist commentary in english.
