We use a Travelex card. We have one ATM card and our family have the other one. I put $75 per month in the card and they withdraw it from the ATM. There is a charge of $3 per month for the withdrawal and the exchange rate is usually pretty close to what we would get if we changed cash while we were in Bali. We have been doing this for about 3 years now. Even though the exchange rate may differ slightly they are still getting enough money to help with the kids school fees etc.
