As I said in our earlier post, things improved a lot over the last week. BUT, for an entire week NOT ONE member of the staff would speak to us. I agree, they were better when the baby arrived, he was a cutie.
I'm astounded to find that you learnt the staff's names, they wouldn't tell us!!After 17 days we did not know ONE person's name!!I saw them refuse to call a taxi for one girl.
I agree the location is wonderful. It was such a disppointment because we had expected the staff to be like all the other places we've been in, & they most certainly were not.
