yes you can purchase them. If you want female ones they sell them at the sports shop at centro and I think at Kuta square (do a search on the formum for Sketchers as I'm sure a few people have posted the name of the shop/s)
If you want Guys Sketchers you need to go to the Bali Galeria. The front of the Galeria is the DFS store which is really really expensive - if you walk across the carpark at the back of DFS you will come to the cheaper part of Bali Galeria. There is a sports/shoe shop upstairs that sells them. As far as I am aware they do not sell guys sketchers anywhere else. Also they do not have many larger sizes ie 12, 13 etc.
