We did the quad bikes a couple of years ago, the kids 11 &13 are still talking about it. We booked it while we were there, they picked us up from the hotel we called into a small village shop on the way and bought 50 lolli pops (this made the shop keepers day) then proceeded to Ubud area. You get to have a trial run on a small area so you learn how to ride the bikes first. Bit of a laugh. The kids have to be 16 and over to ride on there own. So we put our helmets on 2 on a bike and we go it was unreal the scenery of the rice paddies and driving through all the villages with the children waving as you ride past. We gave them all a lolli pop, we will never forget there faces, there smiles were from ear to ear. Our daughter always comments on this when she has a lolli pop. We drove through a stream to get home. Under the hut when we returned was our lunch being prepared and a cold drink. Make sure you wear enclosed shoes and OLD clothes you get dirty. All part of the fun. Highly recommend it
