Anyone know this Amed hotel?

We are looking for hotels for an overnight stop in Amed and one of the quotes I've had is from the "The Bali Amed Hotel"

The website looks good and they are quoting Rp200,000 per room per night (double room) which is great however I can't find them on any maps or find any reviews as the name is so generic that searches just find 101 other hotels in Amed!

My other option is the Eka Purnama Cottages

Their charge is Rp200,000 + 15% tax

Anyone have any preferences?
