Hi...my pleasure; hope the info was helpful. We have stayed here twice I think. The first time we had a room on the second floor on the left hand corner of the building as you look at it from the pool - it pretty much overlooked the bar area. A great position and I recall thinking that the room was quite spacious and the balcony large enough to enjoy a bevvie or two on!
On our next stay we booked a Jnr Suite and this was located on the third floor on the opposite corner of the building (closets to Donalds). The Jnr suites feature larger bathrooms and have an ante room as well. The bedroom appeared to be larger also but that may have been more an illusion I think. Our room had a rather weird layout and the ante room was not especially large - I believe other Jnr Suites were more typical with a loungeroom and formal dressing room. Nevertheless, it did offer another zone within the accommodation this eliminated that sense of living in one single room. I can recall that at the time, the Jnr Suite was not hugely more expensive than the cost of a deluxe room - about $40 a day I think. Maybe its because ours was such a strange configuration - it almost felt like a hlf junior suite if that makes sense! For the xtra space that it offered we thought this sounded worth giving it a fly though and we weren't disappointed.
Although we've been to Bali 6 or 7 times since and stayed in Sanur on most occassions, we haven't been back to Sanur Beach Hotel. There's no real reason for that because I reckon it's great property. I can understand your thoughts on staying there again and I would certainly recommend a Junior suite to cap things off! Cheers - kevin
